On receipt of this information I will email my bank transfer details to you. To secure your booking you must transfer to my bank account a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the price for the holiday let within 3 days. The balance of the price for the holiday let, together with a security damage deposit of £250. must be paid (by bank transfer to my bank account as previously notified) at least 8 weeks before the start of your holiday let, or at the time of your booking if the start date of your holiday let is less than 8 weeks away. In either case you must email me confirmation of the transfer.
Emailing your information and payment of the deposit, or total price, as the case may be, will be taken as your confirmation that you have agreed to all the Terms and Conditions, which form the basis of the contract between you and the owners of Seagulls (acting through me as their agent) for a holiday let for the agreed dates.
